Looking for article writers / editors *PAID*

Hi,

I'm currently setting up an article directory and I'm looking for people to join our team. The positions available:

-writers: the standard article submission terms apply, you write an article and in return you get full credit for the article with your name and link to your own website.

-editors: as editor for a certain article section you add articles to the site (eighter write them or find free articles on the web) in return for your work you will get 50% of the google ads income generated on all pages in your section of the site (including other peoples articles)

The remaining income is used for website hosting, marketing and maybe buying unique articles in the future.

The big idea: by getting a good number of editors together in our team we will be able to maintain a very large article database with a huge quantity of article categories, which will make the target audience for the website quite large.

Mind_nl, I don't know if that really helps, but if you want you can use all the articles that I have posted in the forum (using a back link please...)

BTW I am not sure if you want my opinion, but I must tell you that your site needs a layout. It does not looks nice.

I'm still working on the site and the layout is one of the things on my todo list. I just thought I'll open up the site so the search-engines can start indexing it. I haven't used any of your articles yet but I probably will soon!

That's a very good strategy, but I would suggest you not to promote it (to humans) untill you make it over.
