I noticed the difference, it's just... yellow isn't the best color for a border, especially on orange and blue. Blue it's okay, but on orange it's not so spiffy.

Ah now I see it! Yes I think that it doesn't look right... maybe take the stroke down a pixel or two?

I think that the orange is too close to the red of Web. Are you using photoshop? Email me your .psd file, so I can fiddle... Cool if you don't mind that is!
