Anybody using the above programs? How would you rate them and what would be their entry criteria? Do they accept affiliates from India?

I don't think that you will have any problem because you are from India. Most affiliates don't care about your, or your traffic's origin as they care only about sales (and anyway they pay you from sales that you do)

About the affiliate programs that you mention I know only CJ, and they seem to be one of the leaders in the affiliate industry.

But I can't really help you with this as I have never used any of those, just heared from others about CJ that it works fine.

From the CJ site, it looks like they do not prefer publishers from India
