As I was rereading this thread I think I found what we could do together...A nightclub!
We've got several singers and band members. A cook or two. A wine expert. A promotions manager. Several programmers to create/maintain the bookkeeping. Of course we could all work on the website.

So when do we start the beer guide?
Add this up on the tips section.
Section 1: Beer is good for the health if taken once a day, the barley content is the reason, the only hindrance to this is it gets addictive, so taking one bottle a day, may lead to more consumption which is the reverse effect of the one desired.
Section 2: Beer like any alcoholic drink is the best invention of consumerism. Why? because alcoholic drinks and beers main ingredient dries you up and cause you to be dehydrated. So youre body will be asking for more fluid, the fastest way you think you can get it is to drink another bottle of beer, where the process continues over again...
