I need to use a bug tracking software for a couple of projects and was wondering what software you all used?

I have used Mantis (php and mysql) before and am going to use it again if no one can convince me otherwise. Would bugzilla do a better job? What else is out there?

Yeah it is quite good. It is pretty involved and it can handle many projects. Restricting users to viewing only certain projects, restricting their access rights, prioritising fixes, categorising bugs, email notification, ... and the list goes on... is all pretty easy. There are a couple of new things since I last used it, but I am going to test run the new version and see how it goes.

I am still open to suggestions though!
