What we did last time I participated in a comp like this was...
At the end of the month a poll is set up where members can vote for the next couple of weeks or even for the following month. The winner is then announced at the end of that voting period.
In the mean time the next submissions are being accepted for the following month's comp.
I hope that is clear... but this is up to Nick on how to judge the entries...

Well, I think i'd go with mercury boards, they seem like a cool site with a good layout. All the sites sumitted were great but that was one of my fave's. Hope that helps.
