How can I index my site

Hello everyone...
My site was not index from 2 month. I don't know what is reason for it? Before sometime it was got index in every 7 to 8 days but now it was indexed before 2 month.
please help what can i do for it?

Recently I am not posting any thing in my site. Because last update gives me great traffic on my site.

Then how can you get index by google??Remember ,if you post after one week than google will index your site after one week and if you post after one month than google will index your site after one month.
You can check this by post any thing in your site.I am sure google will index your site .

Maybe on your website there have something not follow the google rules

To know more about your problem, I think you should install Google webmaster tool. Through this tools, you can know the pages position of your pages.

First of all you need to submit your site in Google webmaster to index. 2nd is create a sitemap.XML and submit to Google webmaster.
Submit your Website URL to Search Engines sites.

     My opinion is you have to index your information manually through "Google Webmaster Tool"...which should happens sometimes...

Best way to index your website is to use unique and quality content and build back links to high PR forums and bookmark your websites to high authority websites.
