How to rank my anime video streaming site?

HI,

Just want to ask some advice to expert regarding my site. It doesnt have any visitors anymore.My site is an anime video streaming site. Before i do social bookmarks and a little forum posting. I also have a fan page. Can i also apply the web 2.0, article submission? What are the other methods i can apply too? Ive tried to upload some clips in youtube but it was removed. Any other way aside from that?

Im doing a little social bookmarking work and i have a fan page also. The best thing ive think is to submit videos on youtube but the videos get deleted right away.

better focus much on social media, what was the reason to be deleted on you tube ??
