I use PayPal for collecting payment for services and do so without difficulty although the fees are pretty annoying.

It's especially nice for subscription services.

I checked Chronopay, they are very expensive...

ChronoPay's charges are less than most of the processor,they also offer volume discount, I dont know with whom you are comparing though.

Maybe in other countries, here in the Netherlands they are very expensive, I contacted them because I noticed an advertisement for starting software sellers (like me) but this offer was not for people from my country.
