Help Please

Hiya guys, as you may have noticed from my thread in forum of the month, my whole website and forum has messed up, all I did was go into the admin panel and try and change the position of the shoutbox, then the next thing i know i cant access anything 

My husband isnt home till 5pm so i wont have FTP access till then, anyone know what i've done and how we can fix this?!? this is the error we get : Fatal error: Call to undefined function: isbanned() in /web/sites/60/richiethorne/www.enchantedentertainment.co.uk/forum/global.php(349) : eval()'d code on line 149

Check your template files.

There is a tool in vBulletin where you can comparison the template that you have with the original.

In your latest changes you have removed an 'include' statement.
