I know this post sounds like a promotion, but I am allways supporting anything open source related.

This website has designs that people share for use by anyone for free.

I think this is the best place to go when I am bored to make a layout for a client (like allways.....)

thats a good source, ive been planning to join them since its infancy but i dont have the time... Andreas series was pretty much the popular ones on those OS templates...
