New registration - send_copy variable

Does the var $send_copy ever get read in the access_user_class file?

I don't see it happening for new registrations and changing its value never sends a message to the admin.

hehe, I think there was a plan to use this var during the registration, but it looks like that there is only the plan... Never wrote the script to send the mail copy.
