I've just made an archive page script for SMF (simple machines forum).

Archived pages is a good way to SEO boost your web site as for some reason archives get better placements in search engine result pages.

The script works on any server, and it doesn't need any customization by you (except if you want to change the layout). You will just drop two files in your forum's root directory and it will work.

I want to share this script with you, but as it took me a lot of time to develop it I would like to have a small credit in exchange. This would be a link to this thread - as this thread will be the official support thread for this script - and a link to my directory (just two words) in every archive page. Hope that sounds fair to you. If it doesn't please let me know or pm me your terms.

So if you are interested, just send me a pm, and let me know the url of your forum.

I've just fixed some bugs, and added support for redirection boards.

So we are officially in version 1.01

BTW the script works with all versions of SMF

UPDATE : A bug with the redirection boards just fixed. Anyone that wants the update please pm me or send email.

Yeah there is no problem with any other mod you use, as  this is a stand alone script.

Hey fellas, I've just made a some new adjustments to the script.

Here is the changelog for the version 1.05 :

• Added a small text + link in every page indicating that this is an archived version of the forum (idea by scketchi from graphicaddicts.net)
• Added support for boards with mod_rewrite or other modifications regarding the links.
