I did not understand what you are asking here. You want us to tell you how we believe you can improve your site regarding search engine placements or something else?

Asking basciallly what it is lacking, how to improve it and make it better? And how to do so.

For the beginning check this thread. It have some things that you will find usefull.

I checked your site, and it seems that you haven't implemented most of the advices there.

With a first view I would recommend you to use h1 and h2 tags and replace the <b> with <strong>
