lol. Not mine. She don't even know how to power on the pc

Lol same here Nik. I have to log mine on to the internet so she can check here email. 

I've created an Internet monster. I introduced Mom to the net and computers and now we have to negotiate 'computer time'. She still calls going on the Internet 'using the computer'.

Thanks to my new site she now knows how to change the text size on a page www.helpforwebbeginners.com/web/textsize.html   She was on the phone with a friend of mine who has been around computers for years and actually saved my friend from being caught by one of those pop ups "Congratulations you are visitor # xxxxxxx and win blank." She wowed me with that one.

Still trying to get her to understand the difference between the address bar and a search box.

Oh, well, baby steps.

Maybe it was a wise decision not to have a pc at home.....

The worst part is that I did it to myself. 

I can't complain too much, she keeps herself well informed about the world and has made some excellent suggestions for my websites; not to mention is a great person to test tutorials on for completeness.

i admire your mom, YMC. i think she's is just like you, its just a question of who discovered the internet first.

Since I remember using Mosaic and Mom thinks mosaics are pictures....
