This is a very usefull feauture that Google offers.

Go to Google alerts web site, and add a report to :

site:www.yoursite.com
link:www.yoursite.com

This way whenever a new page of your site is indexed, and whenever a new link to your site is getting indexed by Google you will get an email about it.
