I recently switched over to Hostgator from Godaddy (ouch I know!). I have only been using hostgator for a month, and have been extremely impressed. I got my first month for only .01 cents too. They have great tech support.

The only thing that sucks is they charge you $5 to change your primary domain (atleast on a baby account they do). But maybe all hosts do this?

Anyone else use Hostgator... what do you think?

I haven't used hostgator, as I use my own servers for the past 3-4 years, but I have heared only good things about this company.

So I guess you wont have any problem with them Smiley

I use host gator for my sites and they are great.  I was on godaddy but switch due to the speed of the sites.  My sites have improved in load time over 300% since moving to host gator.  I have the $10 package and have 8 sites running under it.  I'd highly recommend them for anyone.

Like the others have said, HostGator is definitely a good hosting company to use.  I use it now and have only one site on my 10 dollar plan, but will be adding a second one soon.  However, I never had a problem with Godaddy.  But I do like HostGator, especially that .01 deal that they had.  It was very beneficial, I think.
Hehe. I made your website....
