Yesterday I got an invitation for google hosted mail service, and I am happy to announce that we now can give gmail accounts with webdigity.com domain.
As the account number that we have is very limited, in this phase we will give 20 accounts to the first 20 people that will post a reply to this thread. Please post :
First name Last name Desired email adress
So what are you waiting for? Claim your email adress now!

Nice idea, but are you playing with fire letting folks with 1 post participate?
Whatever folks do with these accounts will reflect on you.
Just a thought.
EDIT: I don't think that its possible to abuse a gmail account or maybe it will be suspended one time?
The most important is that the e-mail account is used frequently... what about you YMC? time to get one more prof. e-mail account? post unlimited mails max 10mb messages (sending and receiving) 2GB mailbox chat functions and at last the best spam filter ever!
I am a fanatic. So?

I'm not sure I follow Olaf.
The email will be whomever@webdigity.com. If the person starts sending spam all over the place; the first place I would look and complain to/about is www.webdigity.com. So, they send spam and G bans the account. Do they just ban that one account or all accounts associated with that domain? And meanwhile, how many messages got through?
What do you mean that most important is the account be used frequently? Is that some part of g-mail?
Why would I need another email account? I already have 12 (several just forwarded) and have up to 987 more through my webhost; along with 2 yahoo accounts I've had for years. I have enough trouble keeping up with those.

I saw some spam mail send by gmail accounts before, but not repeating... I think Google knows how to prevent spamming via a gmail accout. They have very good spam protection with incomming mail I think its the same vor outgoing mail.

no, but everyone likes if someone is using a product frequently (and it is a good scale to suspend an account )

The same to me, I have so much accounts and never use them, Gmail has some nice features: If you send a mail from you mail client via the smtp of gmail a send copy is saved in your gmail account, this is very usefull to have the mail on other places then at home. I think gmail is much better then a yahoo account, I have one from 1994 (still active) and only use for (I don't know)

No there is no problem (and BTW thanks for your concern)
Google has the best antispam system, and regarding this accounts, every member is in charge for his/her account. I mean even if someone abuse the account, that will not affect the rest accounts.
