As you can see in the bottom left corner of each topic, there are some links for social networking websites.

I don't think that digg.com is the right place, it's more for news and articles. You should add a link for blink it

Yeah I saw that.

I tried both urlencoded and not encoded description, and it shows the same.

Did you found any solution for this? (I guess the next step is something with javascript)

hehe, I tried a lot incl. utf8_enode etc. but I think the only way is javascript by the way I got it working for the spaces but I have still problems with quotes and brackets, check: blink
