Can someone help me make /update_user.php send an email to the administrator when a user updates their profile? I'm posting the profile information in our user directory for other users to see and want the administrator (me) to be able to review the updates so someone doesn't put profanity or andything inappropriate in their bio for others to see.
I'd like the email to say something like: "User first_name last_name has updated their profile" and only have it sent to me so I can review it quick.
Thanks in advance!

I'll call it lack of knowledge. The attempts I've made are so messed up I think it would be easier for someone with more knowledge than me to start fresh.
