It took me some time to understand how the program works, but I am very happy with it.

This program is something that any serious developer should use.

For example I have a directory structure like this in my project :

/includes/
/modules/
/templates/
/website/ (docroot)

When I want to change something in a screen of the site, I will propably need to change one file on each of these directories.

With smart publisher, I just have to press refresh, click the 'all' button and then upload. With an ftp program it will took a lot of time to select the updated files (if I still remember them....) and upload them to the production server.

The only thing that should be developed further is the usabillity. It is not that bad, but it could be better for sure.

Anyway thanks for this great tool guys, and I am glad that smart publisher is now open source (before some time it wasn't)

Trial and Error my two best teachers Cool

I developed this tool for my company, to save a lot off time.
So we think...
It's a useful tool to use it, other developers.
