As far as I know, in most cases is not permitted.

It is really the package as a whole that is getting sold here. Most of the scripts are classified as turnkey rather then open source hence this is basically a collection of various webmaster related turnkey scripts under a site.

I think there is no problem with the licenses because the scripts are hosted on their own website...

they are a kind of data and tool provider... (this is what I see)
