I don't know if everybody already knows this or not, but when choosing which ads to show, adsense puts A LOT of emphasis on the filename.  I have an mmorpg site and I was getting tons or irrelevent adds no matter what I tried, but then I changed all the file names to include "mmorpg" ie: mmorpg-contact.php and now they're all relavent ads.

That's definetely right. I made some SEO research and in addition to my own results I can say that it works.
