Just found this new Google search:

Accessible Web Search for the Visually Challenged

This will say websites using flash, framesets, java etc. should not be listed here, check the diff. of results for this search:
http://www.google.com/u/accessible?cx=accessible%21&q=php+upload&btnG=Search

and the regular one:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=php+upload&btnG=Google+Search

with the result,  modern xhtml/css website are getting more visitors from Google...

I guess that was needed.

Also it is interesting that web is now transforming for the people who are proffesionals. This is propably not the best, but as the web now is more than html pages, it is reasonable.
