I have a client in US who needs a dedicated team of 2 people in India to work for them - The required areas of expertise are :


PHP


MySQL


HTML


CSS



This team will interface directly with their Director of IT and Project Manager in the US office to manage all projects. The work involved will be :


 
1. Development of new modules for their custom website backend


2. Development of new template based websites based on their existing framework


3. Maintainence of existing websites


4. Other PHP/Mysql projects that might spring up occassionally.


 
My clients want to have the relationship based on a retainer basis - wherein you will be paid a fixed amount every month for the services of 2 developers. The initial contract will be for a period of 3 months and can be extended upto a year or further based on the performance of your team.
