Need to hire someone to create referral mod and theme.

Hi all,

I would like to hire someone to create a referral mod for SMF 1.1.2 for my forums. It would need to have the following features:

• A Referral Center to display the top ten referrers, and the last 10 referred members, as well as being able to email people from it.
• Being able to remind inactive posters, or people who don't post that much.
• If you send a referral link to someone and they follow it, a cookie is placed to track that the person was sent by who sent them the referral link.

I also need to hire someone to create a custom theme for my forums, so that it matches the website.

For the referral mod, I am willing to pay up to $35, and for the custom theme I am willing to pay $40.

That is not a lot of money you are offering there. There is no way you can have what you need created for such a low amount. But maybe you can buy a copy of an existing mod. Webdigity uses referral tracking but I don't think it has all the features you are asking for.
