Seen them on different forums.
But how does Google manage to give them away. I mean not as if they needed this promotion to get advertisers. It would be costing them thousands of dollars.
I am not sure.. but i also read somewhere that everytime a new email id can be used to use these coupons. So new advertsers can sign up to the program.. use up the free adwords credits and then again sign up with a different email id.
I am sure I am missing something. Where is the catch?
PS: What is the criteria to get these credits from Google?

I think they need maybe 100 new accounts to get some new serious customers. It looks like a new way in the US to get customers, I know Hosting companies giving away hosting coupons for almost a year free hosting...
Another way is to become a professional partner of Adwords and get promo credits too...

plus you have to pay the ammount to get the credits.
I mean if you have a $10 voucher, you must spend other $10 to get it. So in these terms google doesn't lose anything, they just give you their profit from your first order....
