I used until now magpie to parse RSS feeds, but just noticed that the project is not really active anymore.

what is a good (OOP) rss parser script (php4)?

I'm using Magpie at the moment, there its possible to create multiple objects...

I am using magpiee too, it was looking the most promissing while I was searching for it, but you can allways can make some code of your own for parsing feeds

I will post some snippets when I will get back to office.

I like to use a 3rd party script because I don't need to invent a new wheel it's about parsing standard RSS.

I have several problems with magpie and invalid code and try to solve this with a different class, by the way magpie is a little buggy....

I will check this two PEAR classes next:

Pear might be OK but is the rss class is not wel documented... (took a lot of time to get this working, and I hate this slow pear server)

I found this class:

that class looks OK is well documented but I'm asking me what happens if the files are "bigger"...

The good thing is that the script doesn't stop if the data between the nodes from the xml file is not valid...
