It's time to use PHP5!

Hello,

just created a rule rewrite some URL's.

the old one (indexed in Google) was:
http://www.finalwebsites.com/links.php?cat_id=201

then I use this rule
RewriteRule ^link-partner[/]?$ links.php?cat_id=201 [L]

makes it possible that this URL Is working:
http://www.finalwebsites.com/link-partner/

is this OK for Google? because the old one is still active...(content duplication)

just checked some examples and i think it must be something like this:

rewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/link-partner[/]?$
RewriteRule .* /links.php?cat_id=201 [R=301,L]

but this rule is redirecting to the old url Sad
