Anyone has tried those automated link exchanges Like the Co-op from Digital point or this one http://www.linksmaster.com/ They promise that you will get overtime lots of links (but aren't the links rotated ? so I see no permanent links ?)

I found that most of the links acquired are totally irrelevant to the theme. I find organic link building, even if consumes lots of time is getting good result.

The new "generation" of link building is the social bookmarking. The idea is that you post good content (that people like) and then people will bookmark it, promote it, link it and in general they will do the job for you
I know that it sounds easy but of course it isn't as you need experience in content writing but it really worths your effort.
