Is it true that the longer your domain is registered, the better the PR? For example, a domain that's registered for 1 year will have a lower PR than a domain that's registered for 10 years.

No I don't think that is true. I think that domains that are older just have more incoming links because they have been around for longer.

PR is about links. So the answer is no,

but it is true that a domain that is registered for more time, will get better SERPs (Search engine result pages)

Do you know why it gets better SERPs? I haven't read anything about this so I have no clue.

I just know that Google give extra points to the sites that are enstablished for a long time

Google wants to make sure that people who use their search get what they want.  I personally would rather do business with a website that came out in 1999 than a site that just started a week ago but built up a good PR.

I think now would be a good time to move over some of my junk domains then :p

Actually, this HAS been proven to be one of the factors google takes into consideration when it spiders your site.  Nobody knows how much it will effect your ranking though.
