I think I will remove the swicki from the site.

After so much time they haven't replied my mail....

I the begin they was very fast with answering mails... my last mail wasn't answered too

My advice, put somewhere a link to your swicki ntil the next update and to get well listed in Google and remove the cloud. My php swicki cloud is removed since a few month and I have 150 swicki seraches every day...

I got quite a fast response to my e-mail. Seems the problem they have is when you have a dash ( - ) in the name of your swicki.
Mine is webmaster and the one it was confused with is webmaster-search. Also Olafs swicky that showed up as being available has a dash in the name...
