I want to ask for any reviews for the design of my new forum, the color combinations, any suggestions.

It would cater to Filipino Webmasters in the Philippines and around the world.

i know what the problem is, you've got the spelling wrong. remove the "s" in webmasters...

anyway, its about time someone created a webmaster forum for Filipinos. i believe there are still so few of us, unlike nurses or caregivers.

On my sreen the blue and red are looking really nice...

Maybe the top header is to height i'm using a 1400*1050 resolution and the top part is more then the half of my screen...
and the menu "home", "search" doesn't like to belong to the website (other type of graphics)

Hmm... There are a lot of us. I know a lot of people but not the types who would spend time posting 'english' topics. I don't them to post in tagalog.

The only thing I don't like in a first view of the site, is the icons that used in the categories listings.

Maybe you should change that.
