Good Day Everyone, its my first time to have a site critiqued here at webdigity, I would like to have feedback first on aesthetics and second on usability, and user-friendliness of the site.

Info:
I made this site in the request of some of my neices friends since they graduated this year and have trouble making online resumes. Some of them manage to have one at either geocities or tripod. Another concern they have is that if they want to quickly update what appears on their resume site, or need it within 5 minutes, they couldnt do it. So I managed to brainstorm and recall all my basic php knowledge to come up with this tool. Another advantage they outlined is that instead of attaching word documents on e-mail they could at least now just provide an online link.

Power Resume
Power resume is a fast online resume builder and is absolutely free. You can have resume as fast as you type.

Thanks in advance for the feedbacks...

I like it. Very simply and usefull.

I shouldn't have the time to make a complete CV, so I would like to ask how is the CV generated? I mean you can get it in pdf/doc format or it is just plain text/html?

The only thing I don't like about this site, is the bar by godaddy. Maybe you need to host it in an account with no third party ads.

I like how the navigation works, its very user friendly. Did you create that yourself? (And of course loose the ads!)

Thanks for the comments so far, Ill definitely get rid of that ad at the top (actually i could hack it to disappear but i might get a court order from godaddy) but anyways, its just for the beta release, ill remove it once I get the proper test period, and what sucks at godaddy is that you must use their own mailer script instead of the default php mail commands... as for the question about the output, its an xhtml strict/css page which is fast loading and like having your own CV web page for links... (ill be adding themes in the next release) and finally for the menu, if you mean the accordion thing you can find something like it from moo fx... and a dhtml open-close one from dynamic drive...

Nice. It is a web 2.0 concept.

I think you should work it out the most you can, and then make a press release....

Thanks for the suggestion, I might get a coder for the next release since theres a bunch of things filling up my plate right now, but im really glad I got positive comments from webmasters, Ill test run this next week with average users on the net cafes on this side of the world and see what they think... BTW if aybody else wants to comment or give some suggestions, im open to your views and opinions. Thanks in advance...

i think its better if you get a paid hosting, because its too obvious that you have free hosting from godaddy..
and your step4 is overlapping on your step 3 ...
i am using 1280x800 IE 7 windows XP

check it using browsercam.com if you want

Yeah, Ill definitely do that after the beta test, my problem at the moment is the php mail call of godaddy requires me to use their own script, so that holds me off usig there server, I might point it to the right direction soon...
