Just finished with the development of webdigity's last child, the design gallery Visit through proxy Smiley

The design gallery is a place where you can submit or view good desings (sorry fellas if your site is not well designed, it can't be listed here)

By saying beta, I am not just trying to create a web 2.0 buzz for this part of our site, but as I developed it in only 2-3 days while I was (and unfortunatelly I still am) sick, it may has some bugs, so please let me know if you find any....

Later, when I am sure about it, there will be a new contest for the best designs, so prepare your self Smiley

Hi Nick,

the idea is great, that we never thought about this feature before Wink

you're thumbnails are little bit small now (try the large size, its a medium now)

"Did you design this site?" instead of "designed" on the submit page Wink

Can you only submit sites that pass W3C validation?

I think the rating works not so good, There was a 3 for digg.com and after I give a 2 the result is a 3.5...

The idea is to list all finished and valid websites (I think some warnings are OK, errors not), and of course the website must be designed while using CSS...this is plan right Nick?

Yeah. But the most important is to have a nice web site.

I mean that even a site with some errors can be listed if it looks nice. If a site is valid and it is not good looking, it wont be listed.

I think the rating works not so good, There was a 3 for digg.com and after I give a 2 the result is a 3.5...

You are right. I am checking this right now. To test it again I will delete all the rankings.

Just add a link to the gallery from the home page. The text around it is this :

And another update about the web design gallery Smiley

I've just added a new part in the user profile where there will show the sites that the member designed.

To see an example check my profile Visit through proxy.
