Traffic: The awstats is not going to be correct, because of the nature of traffic exchange sites.  It is better to look at the stats of the traffic exchange which is posted below.

It has 21 users with 27 banners set up and averages 92181 banners shows,     841 incoming clicks, and 838 out going clicks.

Reason for sale: I don't have time to update the site, validate new users, and make sure no cheating is going on.

Revenue: Does not have any traffic sales as of yet.  No, advertisements have been placed upon the site.

*The site does require someone to look after it and not just ignore it, because it does require monitoring of the traffic exchanges and new sign-up approaval.

I did not say it was a new website.

The templating alone would cost you $50.  It has a user base already.  Advertising to get new users is in place too. No extra set is required on the buyers part except for transfer over to your own host.

So, lets recap.

Not a new website: +
Advertised already:  +

Template and Set-up: +

All of which you would pay well over $200 for someone else for you to do.

You have some good points too.  So, lets break it down.

Buy a domain: $8.88 (namecheap)
Buy a Template: ($20 to $100)
Download the script: (free)
Set-up your script: 2 hours ( at $10 an hour = $20)
Set-up your bought template: ( 3 to 4 hours @ $10 = $40)
Advertise the service: (at least a few weeks a couple hours a day, easily $100 )
So, on the cheap end to do it yourself would be: $178.88
On the expensive end it would be: $268.88
Those are for yourself to do it, if you pay someone else it would be more, depending on thier hourly rates.

Plus,think of your time your using in doing this yourself vs bidding and winning the site in this thread that is ready to go.

Thanks for wishing me good luck.  I am sure you will try your best to help me sell the website.  Also, your free to do as you wish, but must you stat it here?  I already posted it is a GNU script.  If it was a custom made script with earning, I would think it would not have a BIN of $125 and not start with a $50 asking price.

of course I respect your work, what I was telling you was my personal opinion...

just in case I would buy this site from you: I have to spent so much time for the re-design (to get valid code and a rock solid application) that it make no sense for me, just having some users is not enough (check all the broken links at the bottom...)

Understood, your not interested, because it would take to much of your time to maintain and update the the website to what you want.  Thus, why I stated in the orginal post.

The broken links are from users that have removed thier images from thier hosting.  The script has the users host thier own images on thier own website.  Those that have removed the images from thier own website will have broken links.  This is where you can't ignore the website and have to maintain the website. 

Which is why I am selling.

I understand your concern and you have made your personal opinion clear.  "I have to spent so much time for the re-design that it make no sense for me".  So, thank-you for your opinion, but uhm if you are not interested in buying the website.  Well, maybe you should move on to a sale you are interested in buying.
