It depends on many things.

I think we have a thread about this in the google seo category that explains.

It has to do with the frequncy that your site gets new links. For instance if your site for 1 year had no links, and suddenly got 1.000 new links, then those will count in the pr algorithm after some months (even 8 months or more)

This is an update that google done to prevent the "google bombing" technique.

Hmm sind i have now 4 PR7 links to vision.to :-(
