There is a web page that I want to print from Internet Explorer.  The page has a paragraph of text followed by an long image length-wise.  When I print it the paragraphs get printed on the first page and the image gets printed entirely on the second page.  So my first page looks very empty with just a paragraph of text.  I want IE to print the first paragraph and then print whatever portions of the image it can fit and then print the rest of the image on the second page -- cutting the image at the page break is what I want.

When I print using Firefox, it does exactly this.  But for some reason, IE is set to try not to cut an image at a page break.  How can I set IE to print as described?

You need to make some CSS for printing. Maybe something like that could work :

Code:
@media print{
img {float:left;}
}
