I think this is a great way to run a competition. By entering everyone with 15 posts you are encouraging an active forum but not one full of spam with people racing to reach a stupid number of posts first. Good idea

Actually as it is a small forum we can check every single post, so I believe that we will be able to avoid spammers

I think what alexF meant was when forums run competions such as 'first to 500 posts' You get a hell of a lot of rubbish pointless posts in order to reach the 500 posts first so this way you encourage people to post but not excessively, they post what they think and not just make stuff up to achieve the 500 posts, so its a great way to encourage use of the forum!
