I have a problem installing astat. I uploaded at a folder (astat) and i run the setup.php from my browser and i get this: Entries haven't writed to the file. Please enter the above directives manual.
Then i do the Test Configuration and i get this: Not Passed! Your site's configuration is not as it should be. Please refer to the Support community for support.
The only reason of getting those messages is that i haven't access at the .htaccess (maybe i am completely wrong.).
What do you think?

Yeah, that's the problem.

If you don't have access to your .htaccess file, then you can't run the script.

Ask your hosting company about that.
