Selling a networtk of sites and domain names

This is a network of 32 domain names and of these 23 are with sites.
If you count the template site too, than the sites are 24.
All sites work off a template found here. http://treeroots.info

and the domain was purchased in 2005 as are a few of the others

the template is hosted.

BIN for the tree domains/sites network is only $200.
Payment by PayPal only, unless you'd like to send a
wire transfer.

The design is original as is the coding of the sites. These
are not turn-key sites.
Someone could build a great tree realated network with
all the innitial work already done, and a main site with a PR2.

Reason for selling it - I do not have the time
to do anything with this network of sites,
and it is really a loss for me, but probably a big
gain for you, especially at the price I ask for it.

I am not sure how much this sites have produced with
Adsense as I haven't been able to place channels (no
time even for such a small thing, right  ) but it
is not enough to write home about it  .
The sites haven't been promoted by me.

For the buyer. I will not be able to help you with the
transfer of the sites to your own hosting or server...
simply because I am not a "master of the web" 

Most of the hosting companies will do it for you free
of charge, if you have CPanel like I do.

Impressive lil network there, domains are pretty decent, but for me not sure how much renewal is but to renew everyone of them domains will probly cost more then the adds take :/

Each and every registrar is trying to attract new customers and their domain
names all of the time. Meaning that they do give extra incentives in order to
get domain names transferred to them. Be it with a cheaper price, be it with
giving for free anonymous whois etc.

And I think also that with the right promo these sites will bring far more $$
with the use of Google Adsense than their renewal will cost.

And if no one seems to be interested in the 2 networks that I am offering
here for sale, than I will try eBay. The problem with eBay sales is that mostly
newbie's are buying sites or domains there. I was thinking that someone
with experience will do better with the sites than a complete newbie in the
online and web site world.

This site has never been promoted since I purchased it
last August, however the PR went from PR2 to a PR3.

There is an admin panel in which you can check all of
the articles on the site, or the newly submitted once,
which you can approve, delete, or edit and more.

There was no adsense channel placed, so I have no idea
if there were any clicks and income from the site.

The buyer could place AdSense on it as
I never did, and perhaps should have.

It's not been made with a free script.
There are only 5 licences sold and I am the
only one of the 5 with the real name, as well
- the domain name and logo of it.

The site has never been promoted,
and the links on it are of my own sites,
so the buyer could take these off.
Little traffic too, about 27 uniques in December.

how much this site has brought up until now, but it
should be very little looking at the traffic.

transferring at the moment to dynadot.com
