So i gave up on trying to have a contact form and decided to make an are for updates instead. I followed all the steps on te tutorial here: http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/dynamic_scroller.htm
For some reason the text isn't coming up and I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind checking to see if I did everything correctly. I checked my files over and over again and I can't seem to find what was wrong.
Here are my files:
www.theugly-club.com/uglymenu.fla
www.theugly-club.com/uglymenu.swf
www.theugly-club.com/uglymenu.html
www.theugly-club.com/kirupa.txt

Maybe the loadText.load() refers to a wrong path to the file you want to load?

just replace line 1 at frame 59 (action layer ) with this :
loadText = new LoadVars();
flash actionscript is case sensitive so LoadVars needs a capital L
