I believe that with 1GB = 1USD
(last month my new proxy site took more then 60GB)

Yes, but you can buy "Buckets-o-Bandwidth" which is prepaid (and much cheaper) bandwidth, so it's like a regular host.

yes, the FAQ page says the discount on buckets can be up to 75% depending on how much you buy at once.

its about 60GB for 40USD not really cheap

a 75% discount would mean $0.25 per GB which isn't too bad. But I don't know how much you'd have to spend to get the 75% discount.
