an interesting idea, but I think you need to develop a better mechanism to make it worthwhile (i.e by adding the extra publicity service you can increase the amount you charge.) even simple bloging things like perhaps using feedburner for rss syndication and claiming the blog at Technorati would help.

At the moment you offer nothing to make it worth the investment however small as your blog is obscure, it will grow I know and early takers will gain more benefit as it grows, but its such a simple but good concept its just a shame you are perhaps not established enough to get the takers, you have to remember I can submit to PR5 and 6 directories with next day review for less then a dollar and while they  only allow a short description in the long run they will be better for the site.

maybe you could think of adding alternative services:
Say for $15 you give review on your site and submit the site url to 25 PR5 + PR6 site directories, as well as social bookmarking the sites via del.icio.us, it would take you less then a minute to get a del.icio.us account simply bookmark their pages with their site name as the tag, along with a another keyword.

Of course they could do the same but you provide a tempting package as you build a client base drop or modify the service until your back with just the blog.
