Just found this cool video Visit through proxy which is actually a simple tutorial that tells how to clean up your system's memory with the use of a simple shortcut that executes this command :

I've just created this to my pc, and I think it is working. I guess this will work better for lazy people - like me - who never shut down their pcs.
