Hlep - Need a line break in PHP

OK, I won't go into the entire code, but I need a line break in between each one of the links this PHP code is making.  How do I do that?!   I am so confused....

What about :

I thought I had tried that, but I must have had something a little off.  I feel kinda silly - but I guess that's what you get when you are learning!
