I run a fairly new web design business, J Love Web Design (www.justinlove.net Visit through proxy). I am looking for some experienced web designers to help out with the project, in return you receive a percentage of profits, known as profit sharing.

What I really need most, is someone experienced with PHP. I need someone who can write both simple and advanced php scripts to do various things. Also, a good pixel artist, but ill post about that later on the proper board.

What will be required of you as a staff member? Not much really. I do 99% of the work and upkeep of the website and our members. I would ask you from time to time to locate, or write a good script for various things. Such as reading a directory, counting the number of directories, and then displaying that number on a page. Stuff like that.

well right now income is low and ive only had 2 clients and ive finished both, but i could use a good staff to help get this started and profit sharing is definately in the mix for those who stick around long enough

actually im now looking for both, actually 3 things but all 3 in one, graphic design + all design, and some small development
