yes it was because you was a new member, the other profile was an invitation. Invitations don't need to by approved. Nick you're an manage now with your gmail address

There is an option that new members must be moderated (I think for x postings) but the funny thing is that you're a manager now...

btw. I think the best future function would be if the owner may show his own adsense ads
