What's your best earners

I know this subject has come up before but I think its worth asking how or if people make money on their blogs, general sites.

For most of our clients sites its direct sales, though a few use adsense, and we at Venture Skills make a side profit through affiliate and reseller bits and pieces.

Darren Rowse from pro blogger recently listed his top money making bits

So how do you make yours?

at the moment AdSense is my highest income stream with about $50 a day.

Adsense, adversal, sponsored links, affiliates and script modifications

The last is possible because I'm offering scripts on my website  (finalwebsites.com)

My top earning programs at this time are adsense, kontera and the fast approval submittions I got in my directory.

Regarding Darren's post, I think it feels a little strange that his #1 money maker is displayed with a referal link attached. Especially when there are so many debates regarding that company....

I was surprised he is normally pretty good at pointing out when its an affiliate link but almost all those links went via his affiliate id's, I only noticed when I bookmarked a couple.

I know that Darren Rowse is one of the most respected bloggers out there, but in my honest opinion he has a "special" connection with this company. I don't have any fact to support this, but I remember him as the one who created the buzz about this company before 1-2 years....

I know that adsense and traffic are directly related. The more traffic, the more adsense revenue. Therefore, I believe a "How to obtain traffic" thread is in order.

You can start with content. Find a good subject to talk about, and the traffic/money will flow

Target a niche and make a blog. Ebooks are for later and it is very hard to make solid income from them

With the help of adsense one can make a good income. 

I used to have Forex marketing via my blog. Might sounds strange. But it really works. I am actually newbie to forex, but this idea i got from one of forum i used to visit to collect information about Forex. Why not to try once on this idea?
