I will take your PSD, PNG, GIF, or JPG of your website design and slice and code it in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (for hover effects and cascading menus). For $100 USD, you will get a working website template consisting of the home page and one internal page. Limited time offer.
Of course, we can do more if you need. We can do your entire site including design and deployment. Or convert your site into a Wordpress, Joomla, Mambo, Drupal site so that you can update content without touching code. We do Flash and PHP too. Just not at $100. PM me or contact BlissfulWebDesign for quote.

Since we are on the topic, I also do tableless CSS layouts upon request. That's at $100 also.

As an example...
"Images from a Tea Garden" is cross-browser compatible site that I did that passes W3C XHTML strict validation. And there is not a single table used in the code.
And, yes. As mentioned on the site, the template or site is for sale.

artcoder, you got me wrong. Of course a website with tables is ok if it is a table but tables to design a website is very bad...
edit:
I don't like the example you posted above I know you can do it better...
